Working Trailer Fire - N. Little Creek Rd.

On November 27, 2012 at 0615, the Dover Fire Department was dispatched for a working trailer fire at 1506 N. Little Creek Rd. E4, under the direction of Chief Fortney, was first on scene and found a 14’ x 70’ single wide trailer with heavy fire showing. E4’s crew advanced a 1-3/4” attack line through the front door. E3’s came on scene and supplied their water to E4. E6 arrived on scene and advanced a second 1-3/4” attack line into the residence. Utilities were secured. Primary and secondary searches were performed with negative findings. Aggressive interior attacks prevented further spread of the fire. E54-4 arrived and established the RIT and assisted with overhaul. The fire is being investigated by the City and State FMO.
