On Thursday, June 15th at 5:25pm the Dover Fire Department, Cheswold Fire Company, St Francis EMS and Kent County Paramedics were dispatched to a working trailer fire in Kentwood Mobile Home Park. On arrival found single-wide trailer with smoke showing. Crews from Engine 43-3 and Dover Engine 1 advanced two 1-3:4 lines into the structure and quickly extinguished the fire. Squad 2 and 43-2 conducted the primary and secondary search with negative results. Crews remained on scene for approximately an hour and a half. Scene turned over to the Delaware State Fire Marshals Office to be investigated.
