Emergency Dial 9-1-1
On October 31, 2016 at 0646, the DFD was alerted for a rollover motor vehicle collision in the Clearview Meadow development. E4, under the direction of Deputy Chief Ronald Rhodes, was first on scene to find a single vehicle on its roof. The driver had self-extricated himself and was being assessed by a Kent County Medic Supervisor. E4’s crew secured the vehicle and assisted with patient care. R1 arrived on scene and assisted with packaging the patient for transport to the local trauma center. The sole occupant of the vehicle was transported with non-life threatening injuries. The scene was turned over to Dover Police for investigation.
