On November 16, 2016 at 0823, the Dover Fire Dept. was alerted for a residential rescue in the Cannon Mills development. E2, under the direction of Capt. Michael O’Connor III, was first on scene. Crew found a small child’s fingers stuck in a chair. All attempts to free her fingers had been previously unsuccessful. Crews utilized a variety of rescue tools to eventually free Briela’s fingers from the chairs. Other than a little localized swelling and being a frightened by all the attention, she was fine and required no medical attention. We wish her well!
